The brief, and what this estimate covers
Serie 4 launches in February 2028 in 140 Nordic stores and online. You need campaign and product images by 8 November. If any of that is wrong, say so first.
Included
Pre-production, shot list and set design. Photography in studio and on location. Digitech on set. Retouching of the agreed image count. Two retouching rounds. Delivery as web and print masters, colour-managed.
Not included
Models. Product samples and shipping. Usage beyond the licence you choose below. Raw files. Motion, unless you take option C.
Image counts
Option A: 18 retouched images. Option B: 30. Option C: 30, plus 6 motion loops of 8 to 12 seconds in 9:16 and 4:5.
Changes that cost more
A third retouching round: 1,350 per image. Extra images from the same shoot: 2,450 each. A lost location day: 50 percent of crew fees, rebooked within ten working days.
Payment
50 percent on approval. 50 percent on delivery. 14 days net. Prices exclude MVA at 25 percent.
Seven weeks, option B
20 September to 8 November 2027. Options A and C follow the same plan with one day fewer or one day more.
Pre-production
20 September to 8 October. Shot list, set design, location contract. One approval meeting, 5 October.
Studio, two days
12 and 13 October. Product and campaign sets. You see selects on a shared screen as we shoot.
Location, one day
14 October. A new timber apartment at Ensjø. Shot from 15:00 into blue hour.
Selects in 48 hours
By 18 October. A web gallery of graded selects. You mark the final 30.
Retouching, two rounds
18 October to 5 November. Round one by 27 October, round two by 3 November.
Delivery
8 November. Web and print masters, sRGB and Adobe RGB, named to your product codes.
Who shoots it, and what they shot before
Kvarts Studio. Six people, Grünerløkka, founded 2017. Two campaigns and two names you will work with.
Nordlinje Møbler, sofa launch
24 images, 2 studio days. Product page conversion up 22 percent against the previous range.
Moe Glass, autumn range
40 images, 1 studio day and 1 location day. Every image used in print and online without a reshoot.
Eirik Solheim, photographer
Founder. Shoots every Kvarts campaign. Specialist in products that are also light sources.
Silje Aune, producer
Runs budget, crew and schedule. Your single point of contact from approval to delivery.
Estimate
NOK, excluding MVA at 25 percent. Day rates: photographer 24,500, producer 10,600, set designer 12,900, stylist 11,700, assistant 7,800, digitech 9,400. Retouching 2,450 per image. Choose one option and one licence. We recommend B.

Approve option B with Nordic licence
By confirming, you approve option B and the Nordic digital licence: NOK 611,178 excluding MVA (NOK 763,972.50 including MVA at 25 percent), 20 September to 8 November 2027. We invoice 50 percent, NOK 305,589 plus MVA, and book the studio for 12 and 13 October.
